• Awards Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Award Sponsor will present the Teacher and Administrator of the Year awards to the winners.
  This will occur during the Plenary Session and Keynote address.
  
  These funds will cover the TOY and AOY finalists' registrations, both awards, and other AFC expenses.
• Double Exhibitor Booth – $1,200.00
  This is a 8' x 20' located in the exhibit Hall
  This will include a table and 2 chairs, pipe and drape.

• Friday Morning Coffee – $600.00
  Help our conference attendees get their fuel for the day. Greet them as they get caffeinated.
  You may bring any sort of decorations or display for the table.
  Your company will be advertised on the online program, in Sched, and sent out to participants.
• Keynote Sponsor – $1,500.00
  During the Plenary Session (attended by all conference participants), you will introduce the Keynote Speaker.

  These funds will cover the Keynote Speaker's Honorarium, hotel, and travel expenses
• Large Niche Exhibitor Booth – $2,000.00
  **Only TWO available**
  This is a 19' x 6' Niche off the main hallway that participants will pass by going to sessions, exhibit Hall, main assembly room, and restrooms.
  This will include a table and 2 chairs.

• Name that Room! – $300.00
  There are 7 session rooms on the first floor of the conference hotel. Currently the names are specific to Texas - with your sponsorship, we will rename the room - at the entrance and on the online program - with your company name.
  You can go all out if you'd like - decorate the room, create a cool vibe as teachers enter to enjoy their space.

• Saturday Morning Coffee – $600.00

• Texas-Sized Mixer – $2,000.00
  Host attendees as they socialize and cut loose after a long day of learning.
  We will have a table set up for you to decorate or use as you'd like.
  Your company will be advertised on the online program, in Sched, and sent out to participants.
  
  Mixer occurs in a secluded,TFLA only "Texas Lounge" for conference attendees.
  Mixer will occur Friday evening after the last session.

• Vendor Session – $300.00
  With fewer rooms this year than in years past and more proposals for this year, we are limited on Vendor session availability. If you are interested in leading a presentation for our wonderful teachers, this sponsorship opportunity is for you!
  Details about your session need to be sent to pd_director@tfla.org. If you purchased a "Name that Room!" we will put your session in that room :)
