Awards Sponsor

What should you know?

  • Award Sponsor will present the Teacher and Administrator of the Year awards to the winners.
  • This will occur during the Plenary Session and Keynote address.
  • These funds will cover the TOY and AOY finalists' registrations, both awards, and other AFC expenses.
  • Limit 1!


Texas-Sized Mixer Sponsor

$2000

What should you know?

  • Host attendees as they socialize and cut loose after a long day of learning.
  • We will have a table set up for you to decorate or use as you'd like.
  • Your company will be advertised on the online program, in Sched, and sent out to participants.
  • Mixer occurs in a secluded, TFLA-only "Texas Lounge" for conference attendees.
  • Mixer will occur Friday evening after the last session.
  • If you would like to host this event, please contact executivedirector@tfla.org to plan out the details.


    Keynote Sponsor

    $1500

    What should you know?

    • During the Plenary Session (attended by all conference participants), you will introduce the Keynote Speaker.
    • Your company will be advertised on the online program, in Sched, and sent out to participants. 
    • These funds will cover the Keynote Speaker's Honorarium, hotel, and travel expenses.
    • Limit 1!


    Saturday Morning Coffee and Brunch Sponsor

    $1200

    What should you know?

    • Help our conference attendees get their fuel for the day. Greet them as they get caffeinated and have some brunch. 
    • You may bring any sort of decorations or display for the table. 
    • Your company will be advertised on the online program, in Sched, and sent out to participants.

    AFC 2025 Vendor/Exhibitor Information

    * Set up will be Thursday, October 17th.  Specific details such as location of entry and time will be shared later. *

    What is included with the booth purchase?

    A single booth is $600 and includes an 8x10” space, pipe and drape, table, 2 chairs, and an identification sign.

    If requesting more than two booths, additional booths are $300 each, if available.
